Payments needed to complete a property purchase – including fees and outlays – must be made by bank transfer, not through the MOV8 website. The same applies to some sale transactions where there’s a shortfall in funds.
Please speak to your case manager for details on how to make these payments.
You can use the MOV8 website to pay for:
- Estate agency fees
- Fees for Wills, Powers of Attorney and invoices for other legal services
