Our Fees
Our fees are agreed with you at the outset and confirmed in a written quote before you instruct us.
Estate Agency Fees
Our estate agency fee is a percentage of the selling price, agreed with you at the outset. You choose how you would like to pay:

The exact rate is confirmed in your written quote before you instruct us. All fees shown exclude VAT.
Conveyancing Fees
Our conveyancing fee is based on the value of the property. All fees shown exclude VAT:

Supplementary Charges
