Viewing Agent
Salary Range:
£18,000 – £20,000 (pro rata)

We are looking for a Viewing Agent to join our Real Estate department. The role is responsible for representing our invaluable clients, and the company, by delivering a first class customer service whilst showing potential buyers round their properties.
New Client Consultant
Salary Range:
£23,500 – £28,500 DOE

Your key responsibility is to develop strong relationships with clients over the telephone in order to generate leads and secure valuation appointments. You will ensure that accurate and appropriate advice is provided to all prospective clients whilst evaluating the strength of the lead before offering appropriate solutions. The role will involve generating new business by managing a high volume of incoming inquiries as well as following up sales and purchase leads, in a timely manner and converting these leads into sales.
Property Purchasing Consultant
Salary Range:
£21,000 – £25,000 plus commission

Based in Edinburgh our Purchasing Consultants are responsible for submitting offers on behalf of our clients, for properties that our clients wish to purchase. You will offer valuable and accurate advice to clients throughout their purchasing journey. You will develop strong relationships by providing up to date advice and continual support throughout the property purchasing process. You will ensure that offers are drafted and made in an urgent and timely manner. You will communicate directly with clients and solicitors to ensure that notes of interest are made and that all actions are recorded appropriately.
Property Sales Consultant
Salary Range:
Up to £26,500 (DOE)

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Property Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, professional and dedicated Property Sales team. You will be responsible for the management and customer experience of a caseload of property sales and provide support and advice to sellers in order to ensure they obtain the best possible price for their house sale.
