Photographer (Part Time Contractor)

This field-based role is most suited to a contractor who is available on a flexible, ongoing basis. Reporting to our Edinburgh based Senior Photographer, you will be responsible for photographing our clients’ properties throughout Glasgow and the West of Scotland. As an experienced real estate photographer, you will provide full coverage of each property. Photographs will be taken and processed to an exceptionally high standard, together with a floorplan (sketch only) to be digitised by our team, and images for our 360 tour hosted service.
Part Time Senior / Associate Solicitor

This role will suit an experienced Senior/Associate Solicitor who is looking for part time hours to accommodate childcare or someone who is looking for added flexibility in their role. You will be based in either our Edinburgh Head Office or our Glasgow office, depending on your own location, and will work as part of a larger team of Conveyancing and Private Client specialists.
Purchasing Consultant

£22,500 – £30,000 Depending on Experience

Based in Edinburgh, our Purchasing Consultants are responsible for submitting offers on behalf of our clients. You will offer valuable and accurate advice to clients throughout their purchasing journey. You will develop strong relationships by providing up to date advice and continual support throughout the property purchasing process. You will ensure that offers are drafted and submitted in a timely manner. You will communicate directly with clients and solicitors to ensure that notes of interest are made and that all actions are recorded appropriately.
Production & Listings Consultant
Salary Range:
£22,500 – £25,000 Depending on Experience

Production & Listings Consultants are responsible for providing a high quality and efficient customer experience, ably guiding sellers through the processes involved in bringing a property to market. They administer and manage the required documentation/information involved in support of the sales of clients’ properties whilst also producing quality copy for the sales particulars e.g. editing floor plans, virtual tours, and images, ensuring accuracy and house styles are adhered to.
Property Sales Consultant
Salary Range:
Up to £28,500, plus monthly bonus

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Property Sales Consultant to join our fast-paced, professional and dedicated Property Sales team. You will be responsible for the management and customer experience of a caseload of property sales and provide support and advice to sellers in order to ensure they obtain the best possible price for their house sale.
