Important Payment Information

Payments needed to complete a property purchase – including fees and outlays – must be made by bank transfer, not through the MOV8 website. The same applies to some sale transactions where there’s a shortfall in funds.

Please speak to your case manager for details on how to make these payments.

You can use the MOV8 website to pay for:

  • Estate agency fees
  • Fees for Wills, Powers of Attorney and invoices for other legal services

If paying online, you will be sent a receipt by email when your payment is received. If you experience any problems, or require further confirmation, please call 0131 322 3276.
