The MOV8 Team Help Raise Money for Macmillan Cancer Support
Last Friday, the MOV8 team took part in Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. We added our own twist to things by encouraging our team to dress up as characters from Alice in Wonderland, because we love any excuse to dress up and make fools of ourselves for a great cause.
The team really rose to the challenge and we had every Alice in Wonderland character you could think of running about our offices on Friday, including; Alice, the Mad Hatter, the Queen of Hearts, Tweedledum and Tweedledee, the White Rabbit and the Cheshire Cat!
Our team also brought in an array of delicious baked goods that were sold to clients and passers-by to raise money. By the end of the day we managed to raise £152 between our three offices, so a massive well done to our team for achieving this! As everyone was so generous with their time and money, MOV8 decided to match this, making the final total £304. Macmillan Cancer Support is a national charity that provides help and support to people in the UK affected by cancer. This is an extremely worthwhile cause, and we are delighted to have contributed to the work it does.
